Can I order the whole item or do I have to order wrappers only?

Yes, you can order all items already wrapped. We can pre-wrap and ship all non-chocolate items year round. If you need pre-wrapped chocolate bars, please see our shipping policies or send us an email.

Is it difficult to wrap the items if I do it myself?

No. It is a very easy task. The wrappers arrive to you, cut and ready to go with complete easy to follow instructions. All you'll need is a few minutes and some glue!

What if I want a different item, or chocolate type?

We'd be happy to work with you to design a wrapper for the product of your choice. Please E-MAIL US with your request.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and E-Checks through PayPal, personal checks, and money orders. Please note that a personal check may be held for up to 15 days before your order is processed.

I've never used PayPal, is it secure?

PayPal is as secure as it gets. That is why we use them. It only takes a few extra minutes to sign up if you have never used them before, and after that, all you need to do is sign in.

Will I get more junk mail after I sign up with PayPal?

No, PayPal does not send unwanted junk mail and they do not sell or give your email address to anyone else..

What currency are your prices in?

All our prices are in US and Canadian dollars.

How do I order?

You may e-mail us , or fill out the Order Form found on each product page. No payment is required until you have approved the final proof and have indicated you wish to place an order.

I want a special wrapper designed. Can you do that for me?

Yes, we'd be happy to work with you to come up with the perfect label. Please contact us. There is no charge for the first 5 changes on a custom design. After that it is $15.00 plus the wrappers.

Can I put a picture on my item?

Yes. It is possible to put a photo on almost all of our choices. There are no extra fees for adding a photo. You can E-mail your photo or send it by regular mail to:

How long will my order take?

We generally try to get your order out within 2 - 3 business days from your acceptance of the final proof and the receipt of your payment. From our door to yours, depends on the shipping option that you have chosen.

Orders for New Babies will be shipped out on the next business day after the order is paid for.

What type of paper will my wrapper be printed on?

We use a 28lb bright white matte paper as our standard paper. We also offer a 32lb soft gloss type paper for an additional $0.10 per product.
